Our Tea Rooms are situated in a fantastic location near to a variety of local amenities. If you wish to shop or experience the history of Portsmouth then it is right on the door stop of The Parade. From the D-Day museum, the historic Southsea Castle, to the hot walls in old Portsmouth. You can absorb the views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, or simply build up an appetite by having a lovely walk along the sea front.
If you are visiting Portsmouth, we are also close to hotels, 10-15 minutes walk from the Hovercraft, ferry ports, railway station and buzzing night life and shops at Gunwharf Quays.
We are family friendly with wheelchair access. There is plenty of parking on the road directly outside the tearooms and a bike rack located at the front of the building.

Our new site is situated in the historic “Vernon Gate” entrance to Gunwharf Quays
Opened in the spring of 2019 the second location of the Parade Tearooms is situated at the “Vernon Gate” entrance to Gunwharf Quays in the beautifully refurbished, historic building. Offering 70 covers indoors and a further 30 on our covered outdoor terraced area, the tearooms are perfectly located as a companion to your Gunwharf shopping trip.
The unique waterfront location of Gunwharf Quays is home to over 90 premium retail outlet stores offering up to 60% off RRP. If you love to shop then there really is no better place than Gunwharf.
